Our attack on the Luyten capital is in full swing and the Albertine tried to help in the defense. But the Washington tracked it down and force it for an escape. Near a gas giant our pursuit stops abruptly, because Admiral Lansen do not want run away any longer. This is the place of the showdown which will decide the Luyten Civil War!

Customize your loadout of all your wingmates to make your squadron much more efficiently in this mission.
With the right strategy this is in fact maybe one of the easiest missions of the whole campaign.
Order all your wingmates to keep formation and wait for the Albertine squadron's first, use the Washington for cover during the initial attack. If the enemy squadrons are near, order to break the formation and attack and bring the first wave down. During this attack, change orders to Alpha and Beta to protect the Washington. They are capable to hold off the enemies long enough in this mission.
You instead, target the Albertine and target the next Medium beam and order Gamma to attack it. Now close in and call in Delta during your approach which first order should be also this Medium Beam. Because the most enemies are focused on the Washington and Alpha and Beta, you should have an undisturbed approach to the Albertine. Bring this Beam down once it is in firing range. And ignore the Pegasus fighters, even they survive this attack at the Washington, they will not cause very much damage.
After the first Medium Beam is down, do not waste any time and target the next one and give this target to both of your bomber wings, again.
You should be able to bring both Medium Beams on the attacking side down, before the Albertine disappear from your Sensors. But this is not a big problem, use your Lasers and Missiles and fire them at the top of this "Antenna"-like structure. It can not withstand very long. After the Stealth system is down, continue your work in destruction of the Medium Beams. Do not worry if the Albertine to start to turn, because it tries to bring the remaining Medium Beams in firing positions. Try to disable at least one Beam, but abort this attack if you are attacked by the Ares fighters. Withdraw back to the Washington and use its hull for cover against the Ares, so you should be able to get into a perfect attack position to bring down these heavy fighters. The Albertine should be stand no chance any longer, intercept some enemy bombers if you need to, to give more time to the Washington, in the end our victory is inevitable.
This mission ends automatically in a small cutscene as soon the Albertine's hull drops to zero.
Even the debriefing implies that, there do not went any wrong. This is actual the correct outcome and debriefing of this mission.
There is a also a bad end for this campaign, if you lose the Washington during this battle, the mission ends also automatically. In the associated debriefing you can read an epilogue and will learn, what happened after the destruction of the GTD Washington.
